Ordering
Orders may be placed by telephone or email.
We are very happy to discuss requirements with our customers to
ensure that you order exactly what you need. If we do not have what you want in stock, we will try to search for it
on your behalf and call you back to let you know if it is available, and when you might expect to receive it.

Unless you have set up a credit account with us, payment details will be taken at
the time of ordering.
We accept payment by cheque on a UK
current account made out to The Monmouth Music Box, and by most credit/debit cards (but excluding American Express).
We only accept credit/debit card details over the telephone
and ensure complete security of all card details. We do not retain your credit/debit card details on record once
your payment has been processed. You may include your credit/debit card details in an email or on the order form at
your own discretion.
All orders dispatched to addresses within the UK are shipped POST FREE.
Orders dispatched to addresses outside the UK are shipped by air mail.
Individual charges will apply to each order.
Deliveries from stock are normally dispatched within 24 hours from receiving your order.
We will let you know at the time of ordering whether there will be any delay in dispatch.
Returns You may return any item for a full refund less shipping charges, provided the item is in its original packaging
and condition.
